Welcome – I hope you enjoy my gallery of paintings. These represent two of my great loves – landscapes and flowers. I am drawn to the interplay of light, colour and shadow especially in the early morning and late afternoon. Not all are the spectacular sights, but can be the peace and tranquillity of simple local landscapes, the rich and diverse colours of the flowers in my own garden or the drama of landscapes in far away places. They inspire me to try and capture some of the feelings they trigger. Success – well that’s if I can help you experience some of these emotions and the pleasure they have given me.
